Michele Swaczyna, founder of Vegan Michele is a certified Holistic Nutritionist, chef, wife, and mother. She helps people around the world transition to a whole food plant-based diet as well as succeed on their weight loss journey. In addition to providing helpful recipes, videos, and coaching clients, Michele loves spending time with her husband Kris and raising their two children together.
In 2016, she received a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from e-Cornell University, and in 2020 became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. Going through many seasons of struggling with her weight (disordered eating, anorexia, over-exercising & bulimia), she found a place of balance by adopting a whole food plant-based vegan diet and lifestyle.
