She has a health transformation program that incorporates nutrition education, mindset practices, various fitness modalities, and relationship exercises to help people confidently reach their health and fitness goals in the most fun and sustainable way. She is a certified chef and prepares healing cuisine for retreats all over LA and Hawaii, and she enjoys creating YouTube videos.
