Staying Well Amongst COVID-19 Series with Elizabeth Peregrina

In this episode of Thrive Bites COVID Special Series, I chat with Elizabeth Peregrina about her perspective in protecting ourselves and maintaining wellness with ancient Ayurvedic practices.

This is a *pre-recorded* multi LIVE show series about staying well, calm, and resilient from different experts from backgrounds of psychology, yoga, meditation, wellness and more. We are going to have live talks to discuss how to center ourselves and how to self-reflect on our internal and external world.

Elizabeth Peregrina is an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor, Hatha Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. Her journey into yoga began with an injury to her back. She's studied two extensive programs that covered asana, Ayurveda, pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra, and yoga therapy. Elizabeth focuses on plants to heal herself and her clients. She firmly believes in the power of digestion and using food as medicine. Her motto is: food is either fortifying the immune system or feeding the dis-ease.
